"Art Schoolin'" is a collection of comic strips I created for the Boston Compass Newspaper. Art Schoolin' chronicles the first semester of my experience in undergrad getting my painting degree. I tried to capture the idealism of myself as a college student, the inevitable frustrations of the creative process, and the occasional absurdity of the whole thing. Though there will be future installments, 'Art Schoolin': First Semester" is one complete story arc in and of itself. I think it will be relatable to anyone who has been through the art school experience.
 
These comic strips are suitable for mature audiences and include swearing, dick jokes, and one very pissed-off chipmunk giving two middle fingers. "Double Middle Fingers Chipmunk" is also available as a 2"x2" vinyl sticker. 
 
With the help of Gnomon Copy all ten strips of Art Schoolin' that exist so far are published together in this breezy little read. Each zine is 12 pages, and is printed in black and white with a yellow cover, and measures 5.5" x 8.5".
